What The Role Is 💼

This role is for a Product Designer who is excited to join an innovative, fast-paced team as a Senior Product Designer, taking full ownership of design solutions. This position is perfect if you're ready to lead the design process from research to launch, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers in a strategic role that blends creativity with impactful product development.

• Lead Feature Research: Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and data gathering to deeply understand our users' needs and shape new features. 🔍
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers and engineers to ideate and build innovative features that align with business goals. 🤝
• Drive the Full Design Process: Own the end-to-end design journey, from concept to launch, ensuring each step is intentional and impactful. 🖌️
• Design with Agility: Zinc moves fast, and so will you! Be ready to iterate on designs and deliver quick, high-quality iterations. 🚀
• Communicate Design Decisions: Present your design rationale clearly and confidently, exploring multiple solutions and adapting based on feedback. 📣
  
  
  

Requirements

📍Hybrid, Old Street, LDN

We appreciate the value of in person connection with colleagues and flexible working for our employees. We operate a hybrid model with 2 days a week in office, Mondays and Thursdays.
