Role Description

Hybrid role: part Product Manager, part Full-Stack Developer — with a strong focus on third-party integrations.

You will prototype and code new integrations first (auth, webhooks, data mapping, error handling), then document and hand off the larger tasks to the developer team.

What you'll do

• Plan and run daily stand-ups; allocate and track tasks.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines aligned with business needs.
• Manage projects from start to finish: planning, resourcing, execution, and releases.
• Keep stakeholders informed with clear updates and status reports.
• Write simple specs/user stories and maintain a clean backlog.
• Contribute code across backend, web, and mobile when needed.
• Integrate APIs and fix bugs to keep quality high.
• Maintain clean APIs, error handling, and observability (logging, alerts).
• Work independently and collaborate smoothly in a remote, distributed team.

Tech stack you'll use

Node.js, Laravel, Vue.js, React.js, Flutter, Strapi (preferred)

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; extra languages are a plus.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Solid understanding of Agile basics (sprints, stand-ups, backlog).
• Comfortable owning a small roadmap and turning ideas into shipped features.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and documentation skills.
• Experience with Git/GitHub and basic CI/CD.

Nice-to-haves

• Strapi hands-on experience.
• DevOps basics: Linux server management, Docker, Nginx, monitoring/logs, performance/security best practices.
