Role:

Senior Android Engineer to lead product and technical initiatives for a global mobile app. Must have deep experience with Jetpack Compose and a strong background in scalable mobile feature design.

Geo:

Fully Remote — must have 8 hours of overlap with London working hours

Could be based: Latvia, Lithuania, North Macedonia,Poland,Romania,Serbia,Slovakia,Slovenia,Albania,Turkey,Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia (Hrvatska),Czech Republic, Egypt, Estonia

YoE:

At least 4 years of experience in Android development

Proven track record leading end-to-end feature development in cross-functional teams

Total number of positions: 1

Start Date: As soon as client interviews conclude

Engagement Length: Undefined (long-term role, not a short project)

Rate Range: Up to $57/hr

Skills:

Deep expertise in Android development, particularly Jetpack Compose

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns

Ability to lead and deliver complete features in a cross-functional setting

Familiarity with Android architecture and scalable mobile feature design

Up-to-date knowledge of modern Android development tools and practices

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Experience mentoring and empowering other developers

High attention to detail and a methodical approach to software design
