Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead our infrastructure; build, maintain, and optimize it for AI-heavy workloads.
  • Configure, monitor, and maintain Kubernetes clusters, ensuring scalability and availability.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless code deployments.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
  • Manage monitoring systems like Prometheus, Zabbix, Grafana, and the Elastic Stack.
  • Ensure observability, high availability, and performance while building infrastructure to power AI-driven product in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Contribute to cloud architecture strategy and PoC delivery.
  • Document and standardize DevOps practices




Core Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/ArgoCD), and IaC (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
  • Ability to define and deploy monitoring, metrics, and logging systems.
  • Familiarity with networking, security practices, and observability tools.
  • A mindset of ownership, proactive problem-solving, and growth.
  • Good collaboration skills — you'll work closely with AI and product teams

  • Orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker

Salary Ranges:

  • Gross salary is 17600 - 33400 PLN/month
