Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution of product initiatives. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, business, and marketing—to deliver innovative products that drive business growth and deliver value to customers. The Product Manager will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights gathering.
• Identify opportunities for new products, features, and enhancements.
• Align product strategy with overall business goals and objectives.

2. Product Development & Delivery

• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Prioritize product backlog based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Ensure timely delivery of product milestones and successful product launches.

3. Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with business teams, sales, and marketing to ensure product-market fit.
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and validate solutions.
• Communicate product updates, timelines, and KPIs to leadership and cross-functional teams.

4. Product Performance & Optimization

• Define success metrics and track product performance against KPIs.
• Conduct data-driven analysis to measure adoption, engagement, and ROI.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance customer experience and product value.

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory Skills

• 5–8 years of experience as a Product Manager in technology, SaaS, fintech, or digital platforms.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Desired Skills

• Background in payments, e-commerce, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Tableau/Power BI.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• MBA or equivalent degree is a plus.
