We’re searching for a Product Manager who is ready to define the "why," "when," and "what" of the products our engineering team builds, and are excited about developing solutions that reach a global audience. We Want You on Our Team If You

• Have 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with a SaaS product.
• Hold a B.S. from Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Bring hands-on experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time.
• Software development background is a plus.
• Are skilled in Agile Product Development and possess exceptional data-driven, decision-making and communication abilities.
• Can transform customer needs into detailed product specifications and solutions.
• A strong focus on user experience (UX) principles and a track record of delivering products that are intuitive and delightful for customers.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Familiarity with programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Experience in managing API integrations and working with third-party service providers to enhance product capabilities.
• Have a genuine passion for feature design and solving complex problems.
• Are a self-driven, organized, and entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to manage complex initiatives independently.

What You’ll Do

• Provide strategic direction for defining product strategies that align with Crs Soft's vision, clearly communicating business value to the team.
• Ensure timely and effective delivery by managing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to production, coordinating all necessary activities.
• Foster innovation by overseeing the management and prioritization of product items, generating new ideas, and monitoring market trends, competition, and emerging technologies.
• Define and evaluate success metrics to assess product performance, customer satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and motivate the team by guiding passionate professionals to contribute effectively toward creating products that delight our users, ensuring commitment and responsibility across all levels.
