We are seeking an experienced and visionary User Experience Lead to drive the strategy, architecture, and execution of world-class user experiences for our clients. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication and presentation skills in English. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to gather requirements, propose the best information architecture, and define the most effective user experience solutions whether for marketing websites or full-scale digital products.
In addition to client engagement, this role will guide and mentor designers, ensuring that the team delivers cohesive, high-impact design outcomes that balance user needs with business objectives.

This position reports directly to the Head of Marketing, and collaborates closely with product managers, engineers, and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & UX Leadership
- Lead client workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
- Translate client needs into information architecture, user flows, and wireframes.
- Propose the best UX solutions tailored to both marketing websites and product platforms.
- Present UX concepts and strategies to clients with confidence and clarity.
- Conduct user research, competitive benchmarking, and usability testing.
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations that improve customer satisfaction.
- Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and best practices in user experience.
- Oversee and evolve design frameworks and systems to ensure consistency across projects.
- Deliver high-level UX documentation (site maps, wireframes, prototypes).
- Collaborate with UI designers to transform UX concepts into visually compelling experiences.
- Work with product managers and engineers to ensure UX is feasible, scalable, and aligned with client objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing/content teams for unified brand storytelling across digital touchpoints.
- Facilitate design sprints, feedback loops, and cross-functional workshops.
- Lead and mentor a team of UX and UI designers.
- Provide clear direction, feedback, and support to elevate design quality.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and client-first thinking.
- 6+ years of experience in UX design, information architecture, or product design.
- Proven experience leading client-facing projects from discovery to delivery.
- Expertise in UX tools: Figma, Framer, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Strong knowledge of design systems, usability testing, and UX methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to propose and present UX strategies to clients.
- Fluent English communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
- Experience working on both marketing websites and product platforms.
- Motion/interaction design skills for enhancing user flows and storytelling.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX leadership and client-facing expertise.
