What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end product design process for the Tylko configurator, from concept to production.
- Design and continuously improve a tool that handles complex interactions: real-time customization, 3D visualization, dynamic pricing.
- Translate customer needs and business goals into clear flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.
- Define success metrics and ensure your work drives measurable results.
- Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Developers, Researchers, Analysts, and the E-commerce team to deliver a seamless experience.
- Present and explain design decisions with clarity, guiding stakeholders toward the best user experience.
- Shape and evolve the Tylko Design System, including components specific to configurator design.
- (Optional growth path) Mentor mid-level designers and influence how design is practiced at Tylko.

- 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer.
- Proven track record of owning and delivering complex digital products.
- Strong UX skills and a deep understanding of user behavior in interactive environments.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture direction with detailed design decisions.
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
- Experience with 3D rendering, WebGL, or performance optimization.
- Graphic design skills (iconography, animation).
- Working knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
