We’re looking for a creative force who can blend design, illustration and animation into seamless digital learning experiences. If you’re passionate about shaping how healthcare professionals learn through intuitive platforms and compelling visuals, this is your opportunity to make a global impact.
What will you be doing?
You’ll be at the heart of our Digital Learning team, crafting user journeys that are not only functional but visually engaging. From wireframes to motion graphics, you’ll design and animate content that brings medical education to life. You’ll collaborate with developers, instructional designers and subject matter experts to build learning modules that are accessible, interactive and aligned with adult learning principles. Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing:
- Lead UX and UI design for digital learning platforms, creating wireframes, prototypes and design specs for web and mobile interfaces.
- Design and test interactive learning modules using tools like Articulate 360, Rise, Vyond or Adobe Captivate.
- Create original illustrations, icons and 2D animations to support medical education storytelling.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accessibility, usability and learner engagement across all digital content.
Success in this role means combining creativity with precision and empathy for learners. You’ll need to:
- Bring 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design and illustration/animation, ideally within education, healthcare or SaaS platforms.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop), and animation tools like Adobe Animate.
- Show a strong portfolio that highlights your ability to distil complex information through visual storytelling and user-centred design.
- Collaborate effectively across teams, with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
