As a Junior Data Engineer, you'll work on Data & Analytics projects for some of the largest startups and corporations in the country. About The Job

This is a unique opportunity to work on Big Data projects and learn from industry-leading professionals.
Responsibilities
- Lead client projects to ensure the highest data quality and deliver valuable insights.
- Develop, maintain, and evolve data pipelines and cloud platforms using DataOps and Data Engineering expertise.
- Participate in architecture decisions, mitigate technical debt, and engage in agile methodology practices.
- Contribute to internal training and alignment activities at Dadosfera.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, with proficiency in SQL, Python, and Scala.
- Proficiency with Linux environments and AWS services (e.g., Redshift, RDS, EMR, Kinesis, Glue).
- Ability to process and transfer data through custom scripts for APIs or files.
- Familiarity with big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, or Hive.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView).
- SQL performance tuning experience.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Experience with database technologies such as Distributed Processing (Spark, Hive), NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB), and RDBMS (Aurora, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience in tech startups.
