Your Responsibilities
Communication & Engagement
- Be responsible for the HR communication calendar in Europe, ensuring effective and timely messaging for all HR initiatives and align with the different Global and Europe stakeholders
- Ensure the communication material and calendar is updated regularly and available to Regional HR BPs, Business Leaders and other stakeholders in line with the annual programs and engagement plans
- Support the Europe HRBP in managing the communication of HR Programs to ensure that the talent and engagement programs are delivered in Europe.
- Responsible for the employee newsletter, SharePoint and all HR related communication across the Europe organization (announcements, Newsletter, Organizational Charts, HR initiatives)
- Create and Update Communication Templates
Programs & Culture
- Responsible for coordinating global HR initiatives in Europe such as AIT Cares, Women in Business, Employee Support Program, Recognition etc. including relevant training
- Develop and deliver training on HR initiatives in Europe including communication, roll-out plan, administration etc.
- Organize and coordinate leadership training and events
- Develop a KPI Dashboard for all HR and shares regularly with the European HRBP for data insights.
Administration & Projects
- Responsible for updating and maintaining the HR Europe SharePoint and Europe Human Resources SharePoint.
- Responsible for updating Outlook groups within the European organization.
- Support to the VP HR when it comes to organization, travel arrangements or other.
- Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and executive summaries for the Vice President of HR, Europe
- Lead and manage smaller projects in different HR areas
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on communication and/or administration.
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken); German and other European languages are a plus.
- Strong IT skills: MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint), experience with SAP SuccessFactors/Workday, Canva, or Photoshop is an advantage.
- Organizational talent, initiative, high service orientation, and a collaborative spirit.
- Creativity, innovative mindset, and enthusiasm for people topics.
