Business Development Lead

We are hiring for a leading global digital asset exchange seeking a Business Development Lead to drive growth and market expansion in Turkey. This high-impact role requires building localized strategies, establishing key partnerships, and leading a team to expand the platform’s user base. The ideal candidate will bring strong blockchain/crypto industry experience, excellent knowledge of the Turkish market, and a proven track record in BD leadership roles.

Job Description

• Develop, implement, and refine localized business development strategies for Turkey, ensuring alignment with global business objectives
• Build partnerships with local trading communities, KOLs, and institutional partners to accelerate user acquisition and trading volume
• Lead execution of online and offline BD/marketing activities in Turkey, maintaining consistency with global branding initiatives
• Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing local BD team to achieve revenue and ROI targets
• Act as a key representative of the company in Turkey, fostering strong relationships with businesses, partners, and the crypto community
• Collaborate closely with global product and marketing teams to localize offerings for the Turkish market
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of BD/Marketing experience, with proven success in managing and scaling teams
• Strong background in blockchain, crypto exchanges, or financial services
• Solid understanding of spot/derivatives trading and growth strategies
• Proficiency in English
• Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
