- Develop, implement, and refine localized business development strategies for Turkey, ensuring alignment with global business objectives
- Build partnerships with local trading communities, KOLs, and institutional partners to accelerate user acquisition and trading volume
- Lead execution of online and offline BD/marketing activities in Turkey, maintaining consistency with global branding initiatives
- Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing local BD team to achieve revenue and ROI targets
- Act as a key representative of the company in Turkey, fostering strong relationships with businesses, partners, and the crypto community
- Collaborate closely with global product and marketing teams to localize offerings for the Turkish market
- 5+ years of BD/Marketing experience, with proven success in managing and scaling teams
- Strong background in blockchain, crypto exchanges, or financial services
- Solid understanding of spot/derivatives trading and growth strategies
- Proficiency in English
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
