About the job: Network Expert works as an SME for our IP/MPLS and core network to design, install and configure as well as documenting processes, procedures and operational activities according to best industry practices. For this role, we are looking for an experienced Network Engineer with the following qualifications.

This position will be

• Evaluating networking technologies, software, systems, and services to develop technical solutions.
• Researching technological advancements to ensure that networking solutions are continuously improved, supported, and aligned with industry and company standards.
• Create and apply capacity planning standards and guidelines for core network and campus networks
• Planning patch management activities and ensuring its compliance with the information security procedures
• Designing and implementing the disaster recovery scenarios
• Providing after-hours support for emergencies and planned maintenance activities
• Designing and implementing monitoring and reporting functions
• Tracking new technologies, suggesting improvements to network performance, capacity and scalability accordingly
• Conducting requirements analysis, prepare technical specifications, and perform POC and tests
• Documenting processes, procedures and operational activities

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
• Fluency in English both spoken and written
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Network Administration
• Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independently
• Extensive experience working with enterprise networks
• Advanced knowledge of network operating systems including Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet and Huawei
• Experience in Routing technologies (BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, etc.)
• Experience in Basic Firewall, IPsec/SSL VPN, S/D NAT
• Experience in MPLS-TE, SR-TE, Segment Routing, and EVPN/VxLAN
• Experience in Basic Linux operating systems
• Experience in network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools
• Preferably has CCIE Enterprise/SP certification
• High level analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Has strong desires to learn and explore new technologies
• Collaborative team player, strong interpersonal skills
