Job Description

The Solution Architect will be supporting and managing critical systems across the e& UAE. This role will focus on the day-to-day management of Oracle Identity Management, IBM OpenPages, and Content Management Systems (CMS) like iManage and OpenText. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in application customization, troubleshooting, and system integration to enhance and maintain the performance of these key enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-level support for enterprise applications such as Oracle Identity Management System, iManage, and other business systems.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of system and user problems.
  • Lead or participate in system upgrades, patches, and other technical projects.
  • Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and operation of enterprise application infrastructure.
  • Manage user access control, security settings, and user permissions in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with IT team members and software vendors to implement new applications, updates, and patches.
  • Document system problems and resolutions for future reference and contribute to the knowledge base.
  • Train end-users on the effective use of enterprise applications and provide ongoing support.
  • Ensure compliance with all Audit and IT security policies.
  • Participate in the testing and deployment of new applications or updates.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Detailed Description

  • Provide technical and system administration support services for the Enterprise Solutions Identity and Access Management, Imanage, IBM applications and related system interfaces.
  • Provide interaction with the technology services peers, applications manager and vendor support.
  • Works with business units, development, project and application support teams to define and implement functional security access requirements and determine appropriate security restrictions in the systems to meet those requirements
  • Assess all system changes for functional security impact. Supports unit and integration testing of new roles and impact on roles as a result of changing functions.
  • Interact with vendor support staff and Technology Services staff in implementing recommended resolutions. Assist in quality assurance testing for the application of system patches, releases, and upgrades to the development and testing data bases, and assist and direct functional testing of these environments prior to their being moved to production. Coordinate with change control staff when needed in the move to production.
  • Provide technical solutions to meet business processing requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
  • Hands-on experience with system integration and enterprise data modeling.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of databases (SQL, Oracle DB), middleware tools, and scripting languages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT with at least 1 years in a Solution Architect role.
