Consafe Logistics is a software development company. Our product, Astro WMS®, makes operations of logistics and supply chain companies smarter, more effective, and thus more sustainable. We’ve been in the business for more than 40 years, and we still love it! We are now looking for Software Developers to join our ever-growing team. You can either work from our office in Helsinki, Finland or the office in Norway at Kjeller.
What do Software Developers do at Consafe Logistics?
Simply put, they make the magic happen! They ensure that what we build in theory works in practice. They play a fundamental role in the technical implementation of our solutions, both internally and for our customers.
As our Software Developer, you will make sure our software solutions maintain high quality in terms of functionality, stability, performance, and maintenance. You will nurture long-term relationships with our customers and work closely with them to secure continuous improvements to their product solutions.
What would your daily work look like?
You will join one of our teams working on the development of Astro WMS®. You will work in a highly skilled team with application consultants, project managers, and other software developers to implement innovative logistics solutions.

This is a permanent full-time position to office in Helsinki, Finland or Kjeller, Norway. As you will work closely with customers and colleagues also outside Finland and Norway, occasional business trips will be a natural part of the job. What makes you a great candidate?
We are looking for experienced Software Developers with 3–5 years of professional experience, particularly in:
- C and C++ programming
- Proficiency in English (written and oral) is mandatory
- Fluency in Norwegian or Finnish, depending on your location
- Working with warehouse logistics systems (WMS/WCS), automation equipment, or ERP systems
- Familiarity with modern version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools
- Knowledge of VB.Net or C#
- Experience with business-critical databases such as SQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
