We’re looking for a junior or mid UX Designer to join our design team. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior designers creating high-quality designs in Figma and help maintain and grow our design system and influence a new product in renewable energy.

What you will be doing to make a difference:

• Design user flows, wireframes and UI assets in Figma for web products
• Create consistent, production-ready design specs that are feasible to implement
• Develop prototypes aligned with our Design System
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth design handoff
• Collaborate with product managers to ensure our products maximise user value
• Assist with documentation of design patterns and guidelines
• Support lead designer with user research
• Contribute to our Design System with visual improvements across our product portfolio

What we’re looking for:

• Collaborative mindset and experience working closely in cross-functional teams
• Team player who is curious and willing to learn from others
• You believe in an iterative design approach, sharing early work for feedback often
• Interest in design systems and scalable UI
• Strong user interface skills showcasing start-to-finish projects in your portfolio
• Experience turning complex ideas into understood, user-friendly features

What you need to succeed:

• Proficiency in Figma and a strong eye for visual design
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in product, UI/UX design, or similar
• 1-3 years of experience working as a UX or Product Designer
• If you have a keen eye for turning quantitative and qualitative data into impactful visuals, that’s a bonus
• Passion for design and a willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Fluency in English, which is our working language
