Technical Business Analyst

Location: London (Hybrid, minimum 3 days per week in-office)

Salary: Up to £70,000 base + benefits + equity (3-year vesting) + variable bonus

About Us

Our client is a rapidly scaling fintech company providing secure custody, settlement, and clearing solutions for cryptocurrency and digital assets. As a leader in digital asset infrastructure, our platform supports institutional clients with robust, reliable technology as the financial industry embraces tokenised assets. To help meet rising demand, we are expanding our team and seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst (Tech BA) to support our Custody function.

The Role

As a Tech BA on the Custody team, you will bridge business needs with technical requirements. Reporting to the Head of Product for Custody, you’ll work closely with product managers and engineers to support the ongoing development of custody solutions. You’ll play a critical role in translating product strategies into actionable technical requirements, ensuring that the Custody team delivers on the company’s ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across product, engineering, regulatory compliance, and finance teams to define and drive custody product requirements.
  • Engage closely with both engineering and product teams to ensure the alignment of technical specifications with business needs.
  • Use tools such as AWS, Jira, Confluence, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to effectively support and coordinate projects.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience developing B2B SaaS products. While familiarity with digital assets, blockchain, or crypto is preferred, we also welcome candidates from banking, FinTech, or broader financial services who bring relevant skills. Strong communication abilities and technical acumen are key to excelling in this role.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Prior experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar product-focused role.
  • Knowledge of digital assets, blockchain, or crypto preferred but not essential.
  • Familiarity with agile development tools and methodologies, including AWS, Jira, Confluence, Scrum, and Kanban.

If you’re passionate about working at the forefront of financial innovation and are excited by the idea of helping shape the future of digital finance, we’d love to hear from you!
