Job Summary:

We're hiring an experienced Data Governance Business Analyst to support compliance with National Data Management Office (NDMO) guidelines. You will drive governance processes, stakeholder engagement, and data stewardship frameworks across business and IT functions in the banking domain.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with NDMO data governance controls
• Drive data ownership and stewardship identification and engagement
• Facilitate Data Governance Forums and Working Groups
• Define and validate Key Data Elements (KDEs) and Critical Data Elements (CDEs)
• Operationalize data governance models, workflows, and accountability structures
• Support data literacy, metadata validation, and DQ dashboard checks
• Map domain structures, systems, and data flows between business and IT
• Align data governance practices with regulatory requirements and business priorities

✅ Requirements:

• 9+ years' experience in Data Governance / Data Management
• Strong knowledge of NDMO guidelines and banking domain
• Proven experience with domain mapping, CDE tagging, and stewardship modeling
• Experience in running governance forums, and working group coordination
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, documentation, and validation skills
