Who We Are Looking For

Problem Solver - You love solving hard problems (proven history of doing so).
Ownership & Intensity - You take charge and force things into existence. Bonus if you’ve founded something yourself / joined a startup as an early member.
Proven Builder - 2+ years as an engineer with a track record of fast, production-grade code shipping.
Backend Engineering – Strong experience designing and building APIs, distributed systems, and production-grade services in Python/TypeScript/Go/Rust (or similar).
Infra Engineering - Experience with relational databases, graph databases, containerization, and cloud infrastructure. AWS + Pulumi preferred.

Your First Month at Seamflow

Ship from Day 1 - You deploy to production day 1 and take ownership for code.
Own it - You create specs, figure things out, and build features end-to-end.
Solve Every Problem - From scaling infra to hiring the next teammate to jumping on customer calls, you do what needs doing.

Pace & Purpose: We work 6 days a week, together in London (in-person, we sponsor visas), because we don’t want to look back and think we could’ve pushed harder.

Compensation Range: $125K - $225K
