We are searching for a Generalist Recruiter to join our team at Figment to run a full recruiting life cycle. You will work closely with hiring teams and managers and interview teams across all departments within Figment. • Partner with hiring managers across multiple departments to set a road map and hiring plan for your active positions
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for a high volume workload and proactively build a robust pipeline of diverse talent
• Work on a global stage conducting searches in North America, EMEA & APAC regions.
• Create and update job descriptions as needed and maintain a clean ATS
• Work with our Recruiting Coordinator in maintaining a strong line of communication regarding scheduling and moving candidates through the hiring process
• Maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors and agencies

• 5+ years of experience working in a fast paced high growth environment hiring for, but not limited to: Operations, Engineering, GTM, Marketing & Product
• Past success hiring in a fast paced environment, 1 year of in-house experience
• Experience with direct recruitment
• Experience sourcing, recruiting and building an enterprise sales team is a must
• Prior experience working in Blockchain / Crypto or knowledge of the space is ideal
• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS is a huge plus
• A background using behavioral interviewing techniques to provide a best in class high touch candidate experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Able to prioritize work, pivot as necessary and meet deadlines
• Have the freedom of the framework to get creative to find top talent
• Be an amazing story teller and all around good person
• Experience recruiting on a global scale is a plus
• Ideally looking for someone located in the Greater Toronto Area

Base Salary: The CAD base salary range for this position is CAD $90,000 - $120,000. This range reflects base salary only, and does not include additional compensation or benefits. For candidates in other countries, the pay range will be disclosed upon your first interview with Figment (being a globally remote company, the list of salary ranges would simply be too long to note here!). The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across all Canada or the US. A candidate’s specific pay within the range will be determined by various factors including job-related skills, relevant education, and training.
