Our core software was created to reduce the complexity of cryptocurrency adoption, usage, and management. We are a team that strongly believes in the web3-oriented future for the financial world.


As we continue to scale with leading enterprises - including crypto-native funds, foundations, and financial institutions - we’re looking for a Chief of Staff to be the CEO’s strategic right hand: someone who ensures that vision, strategy, and execution stay tightly aligned as we grow.



About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll focus on enhancing company-wide strategic initiatives and optimizing operational effectiveness to support our next phase of growth. This role is highly cross-functional and requires strong problem-solving, prioritization, and the ability to wear many hats in a fast-moving environment.


You’ll collaborate with leadership across product, engineering, partnerships, and finance to ensure execution matches vision. Some days you’ll be deep in OKRs, metrics, and operating frameworks; other days you’ll be drafting board decks, refining pricing experiments, or ensuring that a new blockchain integration launches smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Alignment

  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to define long-term goals and translate them into clear operating plans.
  • Manage and prioritize key projects and initiatives across departments, ensuring timelines and resources are aligned.
  • Monitor execution against goals and adjust strategies based on operational feedback and market conditions.


Operational Excellence

  • Improve internal processes, frameworks, and cross-team communication to help us scale faster with fewer bottlenecks.
  • Run weekly exec meetings, track follow-ups, and maintain accountability.
  • Drive adoption of best practices in workflows and team alignment.


CEO Leverage

  • Prep and brief the CEO for investor, partner, and customer meetings.
  • Draft key communications, including board updates, investor reports, and strategy docs.
  • Serve as an extension of the CEO in meetings, ensuring priorities are communicated and followed through.


Special Projects

  • Own mission-critical initiatives that don’t yet have a natural home (e.g., ERP integration launches, reconciliation service design, vendor evaluations).
  • Support GTM initiatives with CFO partners, accounting firms, and enterprise clients.


What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or at a high-growth startup (founder/operator background is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills; ability to turn ambiguity into clarity.
  • Fast executor with high standards—able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping details.
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive; eager to improve processes and take on responsibility beyond a defined job scope.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative; comfortable “getting hands dirty” where needed.
  • Curiosity about crypto, fintech, and accounting systems (no prior domain expertise required, but a strong plus).
