About the Role

Join a tight-knit IT Ops team (10 people) where your contributions are noticed. Take ownership of both day-to-day operations and solution design. Work directly with clients, simplifying complex issues and helping them modernize their infrastructure. Competitive base salary ($110K) + hybrid flexibility (3 days/week in GTA office).

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and analyze logs to keep networks running smoothly.
• Design or re-engineer networking solutions when needed.
• Support clients face-to-face and remotely - no cabling installs, but rack-level work included.
• Work across Cisco (must-have), plus other vendors like Meraki, SonicWall, or TP-Link.
• Proactively recommend upgrades and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Cisco networking expertise (CCNP/CCNA or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with multiple vendor environments (Meraki, SonicWall, TP-Link, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of routing, switching, and firewalls.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong Cisco networking expertise (CCNP/CCNA or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with multiple vendor environments (Meraki, SonicWall, TP-Link, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of routing, switching, and firewalls.
