About the Role
Join a tight-knit IT Ops team (10 people) where your contributions are noticed. Take ownership of both day-to-day operations and solution design. Work directly with clients, simplifying complex issues and helping them modernize their infrastructure. Competitive base salary ($110K) + hybrid flexibility (3 days/week in GTA office).

Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and analyze logs to keep networks running smoothly.
- Design or re-engineer networking solutions when needed.
- Support clients face-to-face and remotely - no cabling installs, but rack-level work included.
- Work across Cisco (must-have), plus other vendors like Meraki, SonicWall, or TP-Link.
- Proactively recommend upgrades and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong Cisco networking expertise (CCNP/CCNA or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with multiple vendor environments (Meraki, SonicWall, TP-Link, etc.).
- Solid knowledge of routing, switching, and firewalls.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with multiple vendor environments (Meraki, SonicWall, TP-Link, etc.).
