What you'll do:
We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and help us develop solutions and oversee and guide the development of our client applications from both AI and Data perspectives. You will work directly with the founders and a team of engineers.
Responsibilities
- You will be working in a cross-disciplinary field and will need to understand non-technical users’ requirements, build and ship high-quality products quickly to solve customer problems.
- As a small team, it is important for individuals to take ownership of their work and collaborate with the team to design, prototype and productionize new solutions to solve user problems.
- We use state-of-the-art technologies to build our solution, so you are strongly encouraged to stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in AI and NLP.
- You will push the quality and excellence bar by advocating for and practicing engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, code quality, security, and monitoring.
- You will have an active voice in shaping both technology and product decisions.
Technical Requirements:
- Experience in serving AI-based products in real world applications.
- Experience with building data pipelines, scrapers and ETL.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or other quantitative fields or related work experience.
- Familiarity with the latest methods and developments in LLMs (Search, RAG, Agents etc.).
- Proven Software Engineering skills (primarily Python).
- Experience with working on production level customer data using Pandas, SQL, and AWS Services.
- Familiarity with Vector Databases such as Pinecone.
- Experience with productionizing ML models (Docker etc.).
- Experience with standard Machine Learning technologies (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, etc.)
