Your new company

A large healthcare provider based in Melbourne's Northern suburbs is seeking to hire an HR Coordinator to join their HR Services team immediately. Working in a busy & complex environment, you'll be working for a well-respected name in the health sector.

Your new role

As the Temporary HR Coordinator supporting a large HR department, you will be responsible for:

• Manage the onboarding process for new starters, including sending out all necessary documents.
• Cross-check and verify all forms, including TFN and bank account details.
• Ensure compliance with WWCC dates and other regulatory requirements.
• Handle requests for leave and ensure adherence to the Enterprise Agreement (EA).
• Provide transactional HR support and assist with various administrative tasks.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have prior experience working within an HR Service-style environment, with a good understanding of different EAs and the ability to interpret them. You'll be immediately available to commence work on the 25th of November. Importantly, you will be able to demonstrate at interview how you problem solve and prioritise.
