Java Developer, Data Engineer

We’re seeking a highly motivated tech dev analyst with strong analytical and data skills to support end-to-end system mapping, critical data element identification, lead requirements gathering, design and development across multiple technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead dev team to work with business stakeholders, product managers and data architects to analyze, document business, functional and data requirements.
• Perform data lineage analysis, mapping data flow between systems (source to target).
• Lead developers and collaborate with data engineers to ensure technical feasibility and correct implementation of the requirements. Lead dev team to design and develop technical solutions.
• Identify and document physical and logical data elements, including Critical Data Elements (CDEs) per regulatory or business criteria.
• Analyze existing data models, source systems, and integration layers to extract metadata.
• Actively contribute to data governance initiatives.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficient in Java, SQL, data profiling, and data mapping tools.
• Understanding of logical and physical data models, data dictionaries, and metadata management.
• Experience working on projects involving data transformation, system integration, or data warehousing.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$142,320.00 - $213,480.00
