Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Scrum Master / Project Manager with strong experience in FlexPLM to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact product development initiatives. This role will act as a bridge between the PLM team and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project milestones, sprint goals, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backlog Ownership: Manage and groom the product backlog in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.

• Agile Facilitation: Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely and quality delivery.

• Project Management: Drive end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment between engineering, supply chain, and business teams.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the central point of contact between the PLM team and business stakeholders to define scope, prioritize features, and track progress.

• Risk Management: Identify project risks and dependencies early, and proactively work on mitigation strategies.

• Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates on sprint progress, blockers, and delivery timelines to leadership and stakeholders

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Must-Have:

o Hands-on experience with FlexPLM (Product Lifecycle Management) o Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments o Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects

• Nice-to-Have:

o Experience in product development, engineering, or supply chain domains o Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management platforms o Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or PMP is a plus.
