Responsibilities
- Design, implement, configure, and support enterprise LAN/WAN networks across global locations.
- Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot routing protocols (OSPF/BGP) and SD-WAN solutions.
- Configure and support Cisco and Meraki firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Implement and maintain firewall policies, VPN solutions, and network security best practices.
- Support VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and IP address management.
- Manage ISP circuits, site-to-site VPNs, and MPLS connectivity.
- Ensure uptime and performance of enterprise wireless networks, including 802.1x authentication.
- Utilize monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve network issues.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to support network connectivity and performance needs.
- Maintain documentation of network configurations, standards, and processes.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a network engineer in an enterprise/global environment.
- CCNA required; CCNP preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco and Meraki network equipment (firewalls, routers, switches, wireless).
- Proficiency in routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), VPN technologies, and SD-WAN.
- Familiarity with firewall configuration, network segmentation, and security best practices.
- Experience supporting enterprise wireless networks and authentication protocols.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
