Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the rearchitecting of our financial module as we transition from EBS to Oracle Fusion. The ideal candidate will work closely with the customer core team to oversee vendor deliverables and support the cloud implementation program. This role requires a strong background in project management, particularly in financial systems, and a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Pricing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the rearchitecting design of the financial module, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Conduct gate reviews and design reviews to assess project progress and quality.
• Collaborate directly with the customer core team to evaluate vendor work and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Support the cloud implementation program, facilitating the transition from EBS to Oracle Fusion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, mentoring junior project team members as needed.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience in project management within financial systems.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Pricing is a deal breaker for this role.
• Strong understanding of cloud implementation processes, particularly transitioning from EBS to Oracle Fusion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of other Oracle products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 - 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on financial systems.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a cloud environment.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
