Elevator Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Elevator Maintenance Engineer to oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of elevators across multiple sites in Qatar. The role involves managing technical teams, ensuring service quality, and delivering customer satisfaction while maintaining safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage elevator maintenance operations, including troubleshooting and repairing all brands of elevators.
• Minimize breakdowns and ensure quick restoration of elevator operations.
• Supervise maintenance technicians, call-outs, and repair activities.
• Identify spare parts, handle software issues, and support modernization projects for old equipment.
• Coordinate daily site activities with the office team and ensure timely completion of daily reports.
• Provide job-specific and product training to technical staff to enhance their skills.
• Ensure maximum customer satisfaction, safety compliance, quality improvements, and cost optimization.
• Work closely with the Service Manager to achieve operational and financial targets.
