Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Turn raw content (text, data visuals, infographics) into polished slides with strong visual flow.
- Design or modify templates, implement master slides, color palettes, branded layouts.
- Translate numerical or conceptual ideas into clean chart visuals and infographics.
- Apply consistent brand identity and review edits based on feedback
- Work with Excel data: format sheets, create or refine charts, stylize tables.
- Design custom chart visuals or dashboards that can transfer into slides or reports visually.
- Ensure visual coherence between Excel charts and slide design
- Create design assets—icons, infographics, structured layouts—for dashboards or reports.
- Collaborate with analysts or database managers to translate data into visual representations
- Edit and retouch photos and images when needed.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Create visual assets for digital and print, including Briefs, website visuals, infographics, brochures, and Word documents.
- Collaborate with the other teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
- Prepare final graphics for production across various channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Canva, or other design tools is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects.
- Excellent visual, typographic, and conceptual skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to take constructive feedback.
- Understanding of digital platforms and responsive design principles
- Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing (e.g., Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Experience working in branding, advertising, or marketing environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
