Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual design and the ability to turn data into compelling visuals across digital platforms. The candidate will work closely with our Business Development team to produce engaging content that aligns with our brand identity.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Turn raw content (text, data visuals, infographics) into polished slides with strong visual flow.
• Design or modify templates, implement master slides, color palettes, and branded layouts.
• Translate numerical or conceptual ideas into clean chart visuals and infographics.
• Apply consistent brand identity and review edits based on feedback
• Work with Excel data: format sheets, create or refine charts, stylize tables.
• Design custom chart visuals or dashboards that can be transferred into slides or reports visually.
• Ensure visual coherence between Excel charts and slide design
• Create design assets—icons, infographics, structured layouts—for dashboards or reports.
• Collaborate with analysts or database managers to translate data into visual representations
• Edit and retouch photos and images when needed.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Create visual assets for digital and print, including Briefs, website visuals, infographics, brochures, and Word documents.
• Collaborate with the other teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
• Prepare final graphics for production across various channels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Canva, or other design tools is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects.
• Excellent visual, typographic, and conceptual skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to take constructive feedback.
• Understanding of digital platforms and responsive design principles
• Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing (e.g., Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Experience working in branding, advertising, or marketing environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
•  5+ years of professional graphic design experience (or portfolio to match).
