Tibiaan is seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to oversee and coordinate multiple projects from concept to completion. In this role, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while meeting stakeholder expectations and quality standards. You’ll work closely with developers, government officials, contractors, and consultants, making this a dynamic position for someone who thrives on collaboration and execution.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate projects and serve as the key contact for all stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Review designs, oversee construction activities, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Support project planning, budgeting, and cost control measures.
• Manage documentation, contracts, and project reporting.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to teams.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and secure the best deals.
• Ensure smooth project handovers to end users and occupiers.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Professional Engineering license is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project engineering or construction management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and engineering principles.
• Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.).
• Fluency in Arabic & English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
