What you will do

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups;
• Perform gap analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and feasibility assessments;
• Create process flow diagrams to identify inefficiencies and optimize processes;
• Support system integrations, cloud deployments, and data troubleshooting;
• Align project roadmaps with business objectives and drive process innovations;
• Manage stakeholder expectations, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
  
  

Must haves

• +3 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst;
• Experience creating and managing Business Requirements Documents (BRD), including As-Is and To-Be process maps;
• Expertise in process flow diagrams (BPMN, swimlanes) using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar;
• Proficient in presenting technical and process information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills;
• Proficient with tools like JIRA, Visio, Lucidchart, and cloud platforms.
  
  

Nice to haves

• Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization;
• Exposure to data engineering, machine learning, and AI;
• Experience with cost-benefit analysis.
