We are looking for a seasoned Senior Mobile QA ([dot]NET, C#) to join our team and contribute to the development of a cutting-edge mobile product for First Service Residential.

This role requires a dedicated professional who can lead and enhance automation testing standards while actively engaging as both a developer and tester.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key automation tester and quality advocate within the team
• Set and maintain high standards for automation testing while serving as a role model for the team through both leadership and development contributions
• Collaborate effectively with developers and leads to coordinate testing activities
• Create and maintain C# automated test suites, including unit, component, integration, and end-to-end UI tests, for React Native mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms
• Utilize BrowserStack and Appium for cross-platform end-to-end testing of mobile applications
• Conduct manual testing activities such as exploratory testing for usability issues, fuzz testing for resilience, regression testing for compatibility, and validation testing before production releases

Requirements

• Residence in Ukraine (remote work eligible only for candidates based in Ukraine)
• Expertise in [dot]NET development with experience in writing test cases and managing complex C# codebases
• Proficiency in using BrowserStack for mobile application testing
• Hands-on experience with Appium or similar tools for end-to-end automation testing
• Solid knowledge of React Native quality tools, debugging, and profiling techniques
• Competency in mobile development ecosystems and tools
• Problem-solving skills to tackle complex and non-trivial challenges effectively
• Strong communication abilities to explain concepts clearly and persuasively
• Adept at understanding perspectives and fostering mutual understanding in team interactions

Nice to have

• Expertise in troubleshooting technical issues within automated test scripts and CI/CD pipelines, with the ability to resolve flaky tests
• Background in using the Carbon design system
• Experience working with React Native in conjunction with databases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and technologies such as Azure
