We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst/ Project Manager with experience in Microsoft Power Platform apps to join the project of our client, a well-known multinational brewing company, founded in 1864. The customer is expanding a team responsible for building and scaling next-generation GenAI solutions across the organization. You will bridge business needs with technology capabilities, ensuring GenAI and automation solutions deliver measurable value. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders to analyse requirements, translate them into buildable solutions, and ensure successful delivery.

Your tasks

• Supporting the Product Owner in translating functional requirements of potential business process automations into digital solutions
• Leading process discovery and value engineering activities to identify opportunities for automation and GenAI integration
• Participating in the full automation life cycle – from business intake and technology selection to IT readiness, development, testing, and go-live
• Analysing business requirements, assessing complexity, and maintaining accurate process design documentation
• Delivering product enhancements within set timelines and quality standards, fostering a zero-defect culture
• Collaborating with Developers on solution design to ensure alignment with best practices
• Conducting continuous improvement analysis on existing processes and identifying optimization opportunities

Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 2 years of experience in automation-related projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills – able to challenge the business and facilitate collaboration between business and IT
• Knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Dataverse, etc.)
• Technical awareness to coordinate effectively with developers and understand solution design
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Tax residence in Ukraine is required

• Exposure to AI technologies and automation platforms (e.g., OutSystems, RPA, Copilot, Azure AI)
