We are currently looking for a Java Developer to join our growing client in Brussels.

Project :

• to work on a variety of projects related to Council core business domains

End-to-End Development:

• Lead the complete software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.

Frontend and UI Design:

• Develop responsive and visually appealing user interfaces using modern frameworks.

Backend Logic and Databases:

• Architect, implement, and maintain server-side logic and databases for optimal performance.

Server Configuration and Deployment:

• Configure web servers, deploy applications, and manage cloud-based infrastructure.

API Development and Integration:

• Design, document, and integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless communication.

Version Control and Collaboration:

• Enforce Git-based version control, collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient development.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, and ensure high code quality.

Containerization and Orchestration:

• Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for scalable and reliable application deployment.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Problem Solving and Debugging:

• Troubleshoot issues, participate in debugging, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Profile:

• Professional experience in the field of at least 8 years.
• Expert knowledge on Java and Springboot
• (Preferrable) Expert knowledge on Angular (PrimeNG)
• Preferable experience on mobile app development
• Good understanding of Agile principles
• Good understanding of SOLID principles
• Good team player/soft skillsProficient in English
• Master degree in IT field
