I am working with a growing organisation in the technology space that is focused on helping people build future-ready skills. They develop digital products used by a wide range of employers and are expanding their engineering team as they continue to scale.

They are looking for a Fullstack Engineer with strong backend TypeScript experience to help deliver new product features and support platform growth. The role involves working across the stack with modern technologies, contributing to scalable systems, and collaborating with a high-performing engineering team.

What You’ll Do

• Develop scalable backend services with TypeScript and Node.js
• Contribute to frontend features in React/Next.js where needed
• Work with AWS and containerised services to deliver reliable systems
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship impactful features
• Shape engineering culture through code reviews and knowledge sharing

What You’ll Bring

• Strong TypeScript and Node.js experience
• AWS and containerisation skills (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of event-driven or microserviced architectures
• A collaborative, product-focused mindset

Important Details

• Salary up to £107,000 depending on experience
• Hybrid setup: 3 days per week in Central London
• There are also opportunities for contractors (up to £600 p/d outside IR35, 6 months initially then strong likelihood of extension, hybrid model)
