🛠 What You’ll Do

We’ve designed this role around technical leaders who thrive on:

  • Writing Code Daily: 50%+ of your time spent actively building scalable solutions with Node.js, Vue.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
  • Solving Real Problems: From mobile apps in legal tech to enterprise workflow automation — our users build things that matter.
  • Guiding the Team: You’ll lead a team of 10 engineers, shaping architectural decisions, reviewing code, and driving best practices.
  • Improving Our Platform: Fliplet combines no-code flexibility with open-source power. You’ll help make it faster, smarter, and more secure.

You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Customer Success, and senior leadership — helping translate market demand into elegant, scalable code.

🧱 Your Core Responsibilities

  • Architect, build, and deploy features used by 100,000+ users monthly
  • Oversee and improve our AWS stack (Fargate, Aurora PostgreSQL, Lambda)
  • Integrate emerging tech, including AI, into our dev workflows
  • Enhance our no-code platform’s flexibility, scalability, and security
  • Mentor engineers and lead with empathy — not ego
  • Drive sprint planning, sprint reviews, and day-to-day technical alignment

  • Proven ability to lead engineering teams while still being hands-on
  • Deep experience in Node.js, Vue or React, PostgreSQL, and AWS
  • Strong grasp of DevOps, CI/CD, and secure SDLC practices
  • Comfort with mobile (Cordova, iOS/Android) and responsive design
  • Bonus: experience with multi-tenant SaaS, low-code platforms, or real-time features

  • Take full ownership of engineering sprints and technical standards
