ISI Emerging Markets Group (ISI), the leading information provider of data, analysis and research for the world's fastest growing and highest potential countries, is seeking a high calibre Product Manager (PM) reporting directly to the EMIS Head of Product Management.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and commercializing business opportunities for the EMIS product in Brazil. You will drive the commercial success of the EMIS product by bridging the gap between business strategy, market needs, and product development to drive profitability, growth, and customer satisfaction.

You will define and prioritise product requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Content Licencing, Database, Product Development and Technology to ensure EMIS products meet and exceed client expectations and remain competitive in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate market and customers insights into clear product requirements and go-to-market strategies for Brazil.
• Establish and maintain regular, consistent and direct contact with customers to develop an in-depth understanding of user workflows, needs, market trends required to shape product strategy effectively and meet the requirements defined by ISI management.
• Prioritize EMIS product enhancements based on commercial value, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Maintain a comprehensive awareness of competitive offerings and market trends.
• Develop and document product specifications and business strategies aligned with EMIS commercial goals and revenue targets.
• Serve as the primary EMIS product contact for clients, distributors and partners, sales and support organisations in Brazil.
• Equip sales and support teams with the necessary product knowledge, training, and materials to enable them to meet sales targets and support customer success.
• Deliver product demonstrations at trade shows, industry events, and during client/prospect/partners visits.
• Identify local content needs and support content licencing process.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a commercial or B2B information or financial services environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field with solid understanding of financial and economic markets.
• Strong understanding of market analysis and competitive positioning.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building enthusiastic support for new business ideas.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams in a global organisation.
• Commercial acumen, data-driven approach to decision-making, and result oriented.
• Strong organisational skills, team spirit, and a proactive, “can do” attitude.
• Great project management and prioritization skills in high-speed environments—comfortable switching between strategic, tactical and operational work.
• A deep understanding of the financial data landscape in Brazil is a plus.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory, additional languages are an advantage, such as Spanish.
