A stealthy, mission-led startup is hiring a founding Product Designer to lead research and shape zero-to-one experiences in women’s health. This role spans discovery, service design, and UI, partnering with product, clinical and engineering to turn real user needs into elegant, safe, and lovable products. Expect high autonomy, rapid prototyping, and a big voice in product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end user research from discovery to synthesis
• Translate insights into journeys, flows, and intuitive interfaces
• Prototype, test, and iterate quickly with real user feedback
• Partner with product, clinical, and engineering to ship safely and fast

Ideal Candidate

• Early-stage builder who has shipped live products and iterated in production
• Research-driven generalist comfortable owning the full design process
• Regulation-aware with experience simplifying complex, data-heavy systems
• AI-curious with strong communication and storytelling chops

Compensation
