Role: HR Coordinator

Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term

Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE

Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

A leading corporate firm is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven HR Coordinator to join their London team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This is a varied role that will give you exposure across the full HR lifecycle - from recruitment support and right-to-work checks, to onboarding, offboarding, HRIS management and contributing to wider people initiatives.

Beyond day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll also have the chance to work on forward-thinking projects, including HR process automation, improved reporting and people data insights, and the ongoing development of employee benefits.

Key Requirements of the HR Coordinator includes:

• 2–3 years’ experience in an HR role
• Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Confident engaging with stakeholders under tight deadlines
• A proactive approach, with enthusiasm for both admin and strategic projects
