Scrum Master (Banking - ATM Cards OR Payments or SWIFT)

We are hiring for Scrum Master (Banking - ATM Cards OR Payments or SWIFT)

Location : Knutsford 2-3 days per week Office

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Relevant experience in the banking domain, specifically with ATM Cards, Payments, or SWIFT.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor a team without direct authority.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira or Trello.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
