We are hiring for Scrum Master (Banking - ATM Cards OR Payments or SWIFT)
Location : Knutsford 2-3 days per week Office
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Relevant experience in the banking domain, specifically with ATM Cards, Payments, or SWIFT.
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to coach and mentor a team without direct authority.
- Experience with project management tools like Jira or Trello.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
