On-Call Trainee, Mobility

The position is Temporary for 5 months and the preferred location is in Helsinki or Vaasa, Finland. As an On-Call Trainee, your working time can vary between 0-25 hours / week.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global mobility and cross-border assignments with guidance and mentorship of experienced professionals in international working environment!

What You Will Be Doing

You’ll be supporting cross-border assignments making sure timely and smooth transition of employees across borders while following the defined compliance and quality requirements, such as regulations tied to taxation, labour law, social security and immigration.

You’ll be coordinating cross-border site assignment’s documentation while considering GDPR and other applicable regulations.

You’ll participate in preparing country and/or project-specific clarifications, processes and updates.

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

• Pursuing degree for example in law or economics (preferably 40-60% completed) in University or University of Applied Sciences in Finland.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Team-oriented approach with ability to work independently
• Interest in global mobility and site assignments
  
  

In this role, some travel is required to meet with international teams around the world. Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel approximately max 10%, even though most of the meetings are held virtually.
