We're looking for a passionate and skilled software engineer to join our small, dedicated team. You'll be at the heart of our digital transformation, building tools that our engineers and designers use daily to manage projects, client information, and critical site data.

What you'll do:

* Design, develop, and maintain our full-stack internal web applications.

* Build intuitive interfaces for managing complex client and project data.

* Develop robust backend systems and databases to ensure data integrity and security.

* Collaborate directly with our design and engineering team to solve real-world problems.

What we're looking for:

* Proficiency in a modern full-stack ecosystem (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript with React/Node.js, or Python/Django, or similar).

* Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).

* A product-minded engineer who cares about the user experience and solving business problems.
