The Role: This Government Department is seeking a Fullstack Azure Developer to be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performing applications for the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.

The Responsibilities:

• Strong capability across both front-end and back-end development, with deep expertise in modern frameworks, cloud services and data platforms.
• Build user-centric applications leveraging React for intuitive interfaces, Cosmos DB for highly available and distributed data storage, and Azure B2C for seamless identity and access management.
• Implement and optimise Azure Synapse Analytics within a Medallion tier data architecture to support advanced analytics, and data-driven decision making.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, an ability to work collaboratively within delivery teams, and the technical acumen to design solutions that balance functionality, performance and security.
• Deliver clear communication skills to translate business requirements into scalable technical outcomes, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and best practices.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 7+ year's experience in Fullstack Development across front-end and back-end technologies, having proficiency in React and related JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, particularly Comos DB, Azure AD B2C, Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, GIT repositories, and automated deployment in Azure DevOps, with Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs, microservices and integrating with cloud services.
• Hands on experience designing and implementing solutions within a medallion tier architecture.
• Understanding of cloud security, identity and access management principles.
