Python Developer with AI Expertise
Location: Bundoora, Melbourne (Hybrid – 2 days onsite, Monday & Tuesday)
CloudMarc is one of Australia’s fastest-growing quality engineering and technology consultancies, partnering with leading enterprise clients to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions. We’re now looking for a Python Developer with AI expertise to join our client’s team in Bundoora, Melbourne.
This role offers the chance to work on groundbreaking AI and cloud projects, leveraging the latest technologies in LLMs, AI frameworks, and Azure cloud services.
About the Role
You’ll design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions that push the boundaries of innovation. This role is hands-on and suited to someone who thrives on problem-solving, collaboration, and applying modern AI techniques to real-world challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI-driven solutions using Python.
- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
- Optimize AI prompt engineering workflows.
- Build and manage Vector Search and Semantic Indexing systems.
- Develop and integrate APIs for seamless system connectivity.
- Leverage Azure OpenAI and other Azure services for cloud-based AI applications.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and LLMs.
- Expertise in Prompt Engineering and RAG models.
- Experience with Vector Search and Semantic Indexing.
- Familiarity with Azure and Azure OpenAI (Azure Fundamentals certification is a plus).
- Strong background in API Integration & Development.
- A genuine passion for solving complex problems using AI and ML.
Nice to Have (Training Provided)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, or CoPilot Studio (not mandatory – training available).
