Your Responsibilities
- Develop, design and enhance state-of-the-art PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) for our products, including schematics, layout, and commissioning
- Develop testing equipment to ensure rigorous quality control
- Assist in ensuring compliance with aviation regulations (e.g., EASA/FAA, DO-160, DO-254) and relevant electrical engineering standards and norms (e.g., IEC, ISO, IEEE)
- Participate in prototype assembly, integration, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software and systems engineering).
- Contribute to test campaigns, data analysis, and reporting.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field, or proven work experience that demonstrates your expertise
- Experience in developing and testing PCBs, with a strong understanding of industry best practices
- Basic knowledge of relevant regulations, norms and standards is a plus.
- Programming skills in languages such as C/C++ would be a fantastic asset
- Hands-on experience in using ECAD software and tools for PCB design (Altium Designer, Eagle, OrCAD, KiCAD,...) desired
- Enthusiastic to learn, detail-oriented, and eager to work in an innovative environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Fluent in English (German is an advantage).
