    Junior Quality Engineer

    As a Quality Engineer at Accenture, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring our applications are reliable, high-performing, and built to exceed expectations. You’ll work alongside talented Product Owners and Engineers, championing cutting-edge technologies and practices that prioritize quality and automation.

    What You’ll Do:


  • Test, Discover, and Innovate: Develop and execute test cases to ensure applications meet solution requirements. Identify and report defects to make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Learn the Basics of Quality Standards: Get hands-on with Accenture’s quality standards, procedures, and expectations through training and guidance. Start with simple functional testing tasks, like manual testing of user interfaces and basic features, and grow your expertise from there.
  • Become a Bug Detective: Learn how to spot, document, and report bugs clearly using Accenture’s issue tracking systems. Begin crafting detailed test cases based on requirements and user stories, all under the guidance of experienced mentors.
  • Master Automation and Performance Testing: Dive into automation testing tools, frameworks, and performance testing concepts. Apply your new skills while gaining insights into the software development lifecycle.
  • Think Outside the Box: Use your creativity to uncover unexpected issues from a user’s perspective. Stay ahead of the curve by seeking feedback, staying updated on QE trends, and continuously improving your testing skills.


  • Junior Software Developer

    As a Mainframe Software Developer at Accenture, you’ll gain hands-on experience while completing your studies, working part-time with a team of experts on real-world projects. This is your chance to build a strong foundation in mainframe systems and set yourself up for a successful career in tech.

    What You’ll Do:


  • Build and Test Applications: Dive into COBOL-based application development and testing, contributing to projects that drive real impact.
  • Master Database Skills: Learn to write and review SQL queries for DB2 databases, sharpening your technical expertise.
  • Document and Collaborate: Help maintain system documentation and actively participate in team meetings, gaining insights into professional workflows.
  • Explore Cutting-Edge Mainframe Technologies: Get hands-on with RACF, IBM MQ, and other mainframe tools, expanding your knowledge of enterprise systems.
  • Experience Agile and DevOps: Gain exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, learning how modern teams deliver software efficiently and collaboratively.


  • Junior System Designer

    As a System Designer at Accenture, you’ll gain hands-on experience while completing your studies, working part-time with a team of experts on real-world projects. This is your chance to build a strong foundation in Agile delivery and technical documentation, setting yourself up for a successful career in tech.

    What You’ll Do:


  • Craft User Stories: Support the creation and refinement of user stories and acceptance criteria, helping to define the building blocks of innovative solutions.
  • Be Part of Agile Workflows: Assist in backlog grooming and Agile ceremonies, gaining firsthand experience in how modern teams collaborate and deliver.
  • Document and Map Systems: Help document system flows, data mappings, and integration points, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Master Agile Tools: Learn to use industry-leading Agile tools like Jira and Azure DevOps (ADO), equipping yourself with skills that are in high demand.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with cross-functional teams in a professional setting, building your communication and teamwork skills.


  • Additional Requirements:

    Security Clearance Requirement: Given the secure nature of this role, we are seeking candidates who are Australian Citizens with an active security clearance or are eligible for obtaining security clearance.

    This requirement ensures that all team members are cleared to handle sensitive information and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of security in our operations.

    On-call and Shift Expectations: This position is primarily focused on managed services, meaning you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our clients' IT systems (Applications and Infrastructure). Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you may be required to work in shifts to provide continuous support. Additionally, you may need to be on call to address incidents promptly and perform after-hours deployment activities as needed. Your ability to effectively manage these responsibilities will be crucial to ensuring the seamless operation of our services and client satisfaction.

  • Must not have been terminated from a Gov agency or received poor performance feedback.
  • Must have lived in Australia for 2.5 years of the past 5 years.
  • Must be up to date with tax requirements.


  • Must be committed to working on site in the client office 3 days a week
