We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Sr Analyst to support the development, execution, and measurement of our commercial strategy. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and our distributor network to deliver data-driven insights that optimize programs, pricing, and promotional execution across channels.
The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical background, experience in beverage alcohol, and a passion for driving commercial results through fact-based decision-making.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and Distributor teams to support go-to-market planning and execution across all channels.
- Build and maintain GTM dashboards, reports, and scorecards that track KPIs such as distribution, velocity, and promotional effectiveness.
- Analyze depletions, shipments, syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI), and distributor/retailer performance to identify trends and opportunities.
- Track and evaluate trade programs, pricing promotions, and incentive structures, providing post-program ROI analysis and recommendations.
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends to provide context for commercial decisions.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and distributor partners in a clear, actionable manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in business analytics, sales operations, or go-to-market strategy; beverage alcohol or consumer packaged goods experience strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex sales and market data.
- Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar); familiarity with syndicated data sources (Nielsen, IRI) and distributor reporting systems (e.g., VIP, Karma, Diver).
- Understanding of trade promotion management, pricing strategy, and distributor/retailer dynamics.
- Bilingual in English.
