The Gig: More Than Just Code

We’re looking for a Junior AI Workflow Developer to join the crew. This isn’t a "sit back and watch" role. You’ll be on the front lines from day one.

Your mission:

Design and build complex, AI-driven automation workflows.

Develop and optimize our core solutions for AI Voice Agents and Company GPT.

Maintain and rapidly improve existing systems based on real-world feedback.

Collaborate with the founding team to prototype new, innovative AI use cases.

Your Toolkit (The Cool Stuff)

We work with the best tools in the automation game. You’ll become a pro with:

n8n: The backbone of our workflow automation.

Vapi & Twilio: Powering our cutting-edge voice AI agents.

Bonus Points (But Not Required!):

For deeper customizations, we dive into custom code. If you have experience with the following, that’s awesome. If not, you should be eager to learn:

Docker: We use it to deploy our more advanced automations.

Basic server and database technologies.

Who We’re Looking For

Previous experience? Meh.

We prioritize passion, curiosity, and the drive to figure things out over a lengthy CV.

You are a natural problem-solver and an incredibly quick learner.

You have a genuine excitement for LLMs, AI agents, and automation tools.

You’re proactive, organized, and thrive in a remote setting.

You communicate clearly in English (German is a big plus, given our focus on the Austrian/German market!).

Type: 6-month contract (with a strong possibility of extension or a permanent role if we vibe!)

Location: 100% Remote (preferably based within the EU for easier collaboration).
